  • API Sources: The App utilizes public, compliant APIs (such as Jamendo/SoundCloud standard public APIs) to fetch legal and royalty-free music. We do not host any copyright-protected media content on our servers.

We do not collect or store any of your personal identification information (such as your name, email, or phone number) on our own remote servers. All your downloaded music, playlists, and app preferences are stored locally on your device. If you uninstall the App, this local data may be deleted permanently depending on your Android OS settings.

5. Children's Privacy

Our App does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our logs.

6. Security of Your Data

The security of your data is important to us. Since the App operates mostly locally regarding your files, we advise you to secure your device against unauthorized access. For internet transmissions, we use standard secure protocols where applicable.
